CalPERS recently took time during the lunch hour to hold our annual Diversity & Inclusion Day — a tradition that brought us together to celebrate the many cultures our team members represent.

More than 30 booths at our Lincoln Plaza headquarters showcased a variety of backgrounds through information, crafts, clothing, and authentic food.

As noted by our CEO Marcie Frost, this event allows us to be our true selves in front of one another — while serving as a reminder that we have much in common as we partner in the same mission.

Here's to our volunteers and to everyone who came out to make this experience truly special.
