We’ve upgraded our Regional Office appointment notification system to help you manage your visit with less effort and more convenience.
What’s New?
As of May 18, 2026, our improved system will automatically send you reminder messages—via text and/or email—beginning one hour before your scheduled appointment at a Regional Office.
How It Works
- In-Person Appointments: When you arrive at the Regional Office, simply use the check-in link in your reminder message. This helps us serve you faster and keeps your visit efficient. (Please wait until you’ve arrived at the office to check in.)
- Quick Cancellation: If you need to cancel your appointment, you can do so easily within the notification.
- Virtual Appointments: No check-in needed! You’ll receive a phone call or a Zoom meeting invitation from your counselor within 15 minutes of your scheduled time.
- Language Support: During check-in, you’ll have the option to see if a counselor is available to assist you in your preferred language.
