As part of Cybersecurity Awareness Month, we’re hosting a free webinar showcasing best practices to protect you from identity theft.
Join us Thursday, Oct. 23, from 9:00 to 10:00 a.m. for “Protecting Your Identity: How to Stay Safe” to learn about identity theft and receive practical guidance on how to protect your personal information online. Details on how to register are below.
The webinar will provide a high-level overview of the tactics commonly used by fraudsters — such as phishing scams, data breaches, and social engineering — and how these can affect people financially and emotionally. Participants will also receive tips on what to do if they suspect their information has been compromised.
Presented in partnership with the Identity Theft Resource Center, this webinar will explore the growing threat of identity theft and fraud. Attendees will learn how cybercriminals steal sensitive data, what warning signs to watch for, and how to take proactive steps to reduce their risk.
