Make a Video Appointment With CalPERS

We’ve missed interacting with you face-to-face. While our regional offices remain closed to in-person appointments, we’ve introduced virtual video appointments. The only technology you need to connect with us is a smartphone, tablet, or laptop with a camera and internet access.

We’re proud to have conducted over 1,500 video appointments to date. We look forward to meeting with you soon.

Here’s How to Schedule Your Video Appointment

  1. Log in to myCalPERS, select the Education tab, then Appointments from the drop-down menu. New to myCalPERS? Register now.
  2. Choose the reason for the appointment that best suits your needs (Account Services, Disability Retirement, Health Benefits, Service Credit, Service Retirement), then select Schedule an Appointment.
