What’s the study about?
We occasionally look for members’ feedback on both the CalPERS website and myCalPERS in what are called usability studies. The information we glean helps us identify areas for improvement and allows us to better shape the platform to the needs of members like you.
Who can participate?
Any member is encouraged to volunteer. We’re looking for a diverse set of people and opinions to help us create the best website experience possible.
When is it?
Right now, we’re looking to add to our list of volunteers. We hold usability studies at various times throughout the year and will contact volunteers as needed.
What’s the time commitment?
If you’re selected to participate, expect the usability study session to last about an hour.
How can I sign up?
