Our CalPERS User Experience and Information Design team holds usability studies to make our website more user friendly to members and stakeholders. The team met with us to discuss the details of their upcoming usability study.
What’s the study about?
CalPERS will be rolling out a new feature on our website and would like feedback from our members on ways we can improve the tool. This information helps us identify areas for improvement and allows us to better shape the tool to the needs of our members.
Who can participate?
For this study, our team is specifically looking for members who have a loved one receiving CalPERS benefits such as a spouse, child, or parent.
When is it?
The study sessions will take place in January 2022.
What’s the time commitment?
Participants selected to partake in the study will need to be available for approximately one hour.
