What’s the study about?
We’re looking for feedback from members on myCalPERS. This information helps us identify areas for improvement and allows us to better shape the platform to the needs of members like you.
Who can participate?
For this study, we’re looking for active CalPERS members who have not yet retired.
When is it?
The study sessions will take place July 11 to July 22.
What’s the time commitment?
If you’re selected to participate, plan to be available for approximately one hour on one day of the usability study dates.
