About Erica
Erica Dhawan developed tricks to decipher other people’s body language and studied what made certain people build connections and others not. She studied human innovation and collaboration for over 15 years, and taught courses in leadership and collaboration before starting her own speaking business.
She’s the author of two bestselling books, Get Big Things Done: The Power of Connectional Intelligence and Digital Body Language: How to Build Trust and Connection, No Matter the Distance. Erica frequently appears in the Harvard Business Review, Fast Company, and The Wall Street Journal. She speaks on global stages ranging from the World Economic Forum at Davos to companies such as Coca-Cola, FedEx, Goldman Sachs, and Cisco.
