Pathways Keynote Speaker Erica Dhawan

It’s our pleasure to welcome Erica Dhawan, award-winning keynote speaker and author, to this year’s CalPERS’ Pathways for Women Conference. Erica believes we all have the power to drive innovation—we just need to get past the barriers by harnessing knowledge from the places we’d never thought to look.

About Erica

Erica Dhawan developed tricks to decipher other people’s body language and studied what made certain people build connections and others not. She studied human innovation and collaboration for over 15 years, and taught courses in leadership and collaboration before starting her own speaking business.

She’s the author of two bestselling books, Get Big Things Done: The Power of Connectional Intelligence and Digital Body Language: How to Build Trust and Connection, No Matter the Distance. Erica frequently appears in the Harvard Business Review, Fast Company, and The Wall Street Journal. She speaks on global stages ranging from the World Economic Forum at Davos to companies such as Coca-Cola, FedEx, Goldman Sachs, and Cisco.

Pathways Keynote and Panels

On day one of the two-day Pathways for Women Conference, Erica will take the stage to share her inspirational message on achieving success, how to build trust through body language in a hybrid world, how to get past roadblocks, and much more. You won’t want to miss her keynote presentation on Monday, August 21, at 4 p.m. Then, head over to the networking reception at the Hilton Anaheim, where you can enjoy light refreshments, connect with speakers, and network with other attendees.
